About The Guest:

My name is Raylen Davis, and I am a sales and mindset coach at and founder of the Elevated Sales Academy. As a former D-1 wrestler and professional MMA fighter, I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best coaches in the game, getting to know the ins-and-outs of the human mindset and how to take full advantage of your brain.

After becoming an entrepreneur, I quickly realized that the same principles applied, especially in sales, where I achieved significant results using my knowledge from the cage. I now want to teach you the methods that have changed my life and allowed my students to unlock the power that has always been within them.

During my coaching sessions, I focus heavily on inspirational selling to help you make the prospect the main character of your sales narrative. This approach is different from the old-school way of selling which you might be familiar with, which is centered on the person providing the service rather than the one receiving it.

In the past, sales professionals believed that the key to making a successful sale was convincing the other person but, as studies later showed, just because they said “yes” doesn’t mean they truly believed it.

Inspirational selling, on the other hand, focuses on making your prospects convince themselves by carefully guiding their thought process and letting them slowly realize that they need you in their lives. This makes your prospects much more likely to act, given that it was their idea rather than something imposed by you.
