Day 97: Keep MOVING

Due to the prevalence of Coronavirus, our everyday life changes dramatically and demands many of us to work from home hence leading us to a sedentary life.

According to study, living an unhealthy and inactive lifestyle will contribute a life-threatening condition to both physical and mental health.

Taking care of our physical body is as important as taking care of our mental state. When we allow our physical body to be idle, that is when the diseases lurk in. Similarly with our mindset, when we stop moving, the negative mindset starts to inch in closer and closer until it engulfes our life into the abyss.

So Keep Moving. Keep Going. Keep Rolling.

Quotations:

“When we stop and when we slow down, that is when we can freeze and get stuck and that is when a negative mindset will fill in and creep in.”

“If you want a sign, a sign is in the action, in the movement.”
