If this isn’t a wake-up call to the importance of strong leadership then nothing ever will.

Which brings me to the ONE LEADERSHIP TIP for today:

Strength in leadership has many forms and is communicated and carried in many different manners.

However, no matter the delivery, it is always recognized and never in question when present.

There will always be someone lurking and waiting for your strength to waver or be replaced so that evil can slide in.

Now more than ever we need more strength in leadership in this country at all levels.

If you are standing still or not taking the lead when you have an opportunity to you are choosing the later.

Championship leaders choose strength and step up to lead.

There is someone close counting on you to do so.
